FINALLY Customer Service that actually makes my life easier! I have been a customer here for the past couple of years at the Verizon store in Kings Park. They have been fantastic every time! Professional, beyond pleasant and friendly. They definitely know their stuff and have extensive knowledge and ability to address all needs from purchasing a new phone to paying bills in person to finding new promotions to improve plans, and helping with damaged phones.We’ve usually worked with Ron and have been so happy with his service and the follow-up call to make sure things are still going well. Today I had the pleasure of working with Kevin for the first time. He was extremely professional and helpful, and very friendly. His extensive knowledge of the products and plans and promotions put me at ease as he was able to rectify my situation with my damaged phone. I can’t express just how relieved and happy I am that he took care of everything easily, in a fast time-frame, and in a completely friendly and courteous way.I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a phone, a service (btw, Verizon is awesome and works great in this neighborhood and beyond) or even phone cases and other gear. Absolutely. Excellent Ron and Kevin fantastic with the customers. And especially with me, you know, being a little handicapped. And gotta be a little more patient with me.
