Alex was great. He was very patient and helpful explaining how to use the phone to my 90 year old aunt. He was personable and pleasant answering all of her questions no matter how basic they were. It made the experience enjoyable for everyone.

I never thought anyone could replace the easy going honest way Chet had about him, but have no fear Niko operates the same way Chet did. I was very happy that Niko has such a great way about him. Cell phone store experiences can be very confusing, but Niko is straight forward and honest

Niko was wonderful. Helped get my phone up and running after switching my carrier to Verizon. Also helped me sign up for Fios and internet. Niko was wonderful. Helped get my phone up and running after switching my carrier to Verizon. Also helped me sign up for Fios and internet. He was the only sales person in the store and it got quite crowded but he made sure each of the four customers (some with family) felt they were equally important to him. I was in no rush and suggested he attend to the other customers with their shorter times needed for resolution. He was gracious and thankful. He was knowledgeable, helpful and a great asset to Verizon, in my opinion! Read Less
