Kevin and Ken were both very helpful from start to finish. We had an issue when turning one of the phones back in and Kevin patiently spent the time (over 2 hours) getting it resolved. Great store and staff!-
I spent over two (2) plus hours on the phone with multiple representatives who couldn’t activate my new phone. Jordan was kind, friendly, and helpful. He quickly answered my questions and activated my phone. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. The entire team was exceptional.
