FINALLY Customer Service that actually makes my life easier! I have been a customer here for the past couple of years at the Verizon store in Kings Park. They have been fantastic every time! Professional, beyond pleasant and friendly. They definitely know their stuff and have extensive knowledge and ability to address all needs from purchasing a new phone to paying bills in person to finding new promotions to improve plans, and helping with damaged phones.We’ve usually worked with Ron and have been so happy with his service and the follow-up call to make sure things are still going well. Today I had the pleasure of working with Kevin for the first time. He was extremely professional and helpful, and very friendly. His extensive knowledge of the products and plans and promotions put me at ease as he was able to rectify my situation with my damaged phone. I can’t express just how relieved and happy I am that he took care of everything easily, in a fast time-frame, and in a completely friendly and courteous way.I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a phone, a service (btw, Verizon is awesome and works great in this neighborhood and beyond) or even phone cases and other gear. Great selections on devices, etc. and best of all, people who are happy to work with you and actually seem to enjoy their job!Everything just works like a charm whenever I go here! German is and was patient, Very Professional and friendly. Easy to communicate with. Also spoke with the manager Kevin who was also very professional and patient and informative. My wife, daughter and I spent much time with German and Kevin. With every question we ask they patiently Explained everything we needed to enjoy our new phones. Thanks to both!!!! Hi! I had a seamless, pleasurable, knowledgeable based visit at the Verizon Store in Riverhead. I decided to upgrade to the iPhone 15 pro max and because I’m in my senior years and not that confident regarding the newest technology, I did not trust myself to transfer my data from my old 14 Pro Max phone to the 15. Kevin was my technician couldn’t not have been more polite, intelligent and compassionate regarding my situation. He patiently while somehow answering other people’s questions as they walked in the door, transferred all the data, showed me how to delete and prepare my old phone for the trade in. Not only that but we ended up buying a new screen cover, made out of liquid gas to my husband, along with a charger and cube but we returned the next day because I thought I might have done something incorrectly. I jumped to this conclusion because I couldn’t make or receive calls. It was a 2 second fix involving being graciously welcomed back and a unique sense of empathy for my worry and concerns. Kevin is an extremely talented technological genius! Despite having that degree of cognitive ability, he is patient & courteous. Last week went to Verizon in my neighborhood spending over an hour and not getting any of my questions answered so I left and tried the Riverhead Verizon today. I was treated warmly and Kevin answered all my questions and option in an upfront business like manor I was pleasantly surprised and told him do. No gimmicks no joking around to distract me. He laid out all the cost associated with the different up grades so I could make an informative decision. **Excellent Customer Service at Verizon**I recently visited the Verizon store ( West Caldwell) to transfer my network from AT&T, and I was impressed by the excellent customer service I received. The representative who helped me was Shannalee who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.She walked me through the entire process and explained everything clearly and patiently.
